The seventh version of Midjourney is out and I'm slowly getting used to it and experimenting with it. I've also painted Skipper 🙂
So far I see some differences, but I can't say that 7 is radically better than 6.2. At least not in the style I've been thinking of for the last year. Maybe it's because using a bunch of neural networks and post-processing I've learned to get better results from 6.2 than 7.2 alone. Maybe I want too much from it. Maybe I just need to come up with a new style specifically for 7, or maybe I need to wait for MJ to release an anime version of the seventh kernel.... I don't know. But I think the Captain turned out decently. Although I don't think I could have done much worse on 6.2. Maybe my eyes are blurry? What's your opinion? Better/worse than the previous pictures? Same?
